How do we work

Training Programs at BKS Martial Arts & Fitness


  • Monday Sparring: Minimum 3 hours of intense sparring sessions to sharpen your skills and build fight readiness.
  • Advanced Development Training: Minimum 3 hours focused on skill progression, technique refinement, and conditioning. Training carried out on Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Squad Training: Every Saturday morning, a minimum 5-hour session reserved for our competition team, designed to push limits and prepare for upcoming events. (Invitation only)
  • Competitions: Sundays are competition days where our fighters represent BKS locally, nationally, and internationally.
